I always recommend having these ducks in a row prior to an accepted offer, especially since you’ll need a preapproval anyway.
  • A breakdown of applicable costs that may come your way so you’re not caught off guard—closing costs, which can become quite costly (especially in condos or houses and in the higher price points), are a crucial factor in out-of-pocket expenses.
